Elphinstone Research Group x Vantedge

ERG is partnering with Vantedge on a joint publication examining a major failed M&A transaction.

The collaboration brings together three ERG legal researchers and three Vantedge M&A analysts. Our team will examine the transaction’s legal structure, governance and regulatory challenges, while Vantedge will lead the valuation, financing and wider commercial analysis.

Together, the two teams will trace where the deal broke down and consider whether a different structure could have produced a different outcome.
