More than 100 applications in ten days.

ERG has received more than 100 applications across its current intake, including more than 60 for Legal Research. India is our largest Legal Research applicant market, with more than 40 applications. Hong Kong has received more than 20.

The United Kingdom remains the established home of ERG Legal Research. We are now forming a new India team, building our Hong Kong cohort and carrying out early development work in the United States, Germany and Switzerland.

The growth matters because it creates more serious research and publication opportunities. Current work includes ANI Media v OpenAI in India, workplace monitoring and worker rights in the United Kingdom, and new legal and commercial research connected to Hong Kong and Asia.

Legal Research was brought together and developed by Jadyn Pitt, ERG’s Legal Director and Trustee. He has led much of the international hiring, interviews and project planning, working with colleagues across ERG. A special thank you goes to the outreach volunteers who helped these opportunities reach students in several countries.
